Advertise to our students and graduates

In conjunction with the Careers Group, University of London, QMUL Careers & Enterprise offers the following range of vacancy advertising options to assist you with your recruitment. 


Vacancy Board

Through JobOnline you can advertise vacancies, recruitment schemes and internships to the current students and recent graduates of the Queen Mary University of London. This is free of charge if you are hiring on behalf of your own organisation (If you are a third party advertising on behalf of a client then you will be charged £159 + VAT per month per advert).

Please note that opportunities must offer at least minimum wage unless they fall under a relevant exemption (see our policy here), should not charge candidates (see our policy here) and should generally comply with our terms and conditions (found here).

Temp Agency

QTemps is our professional recruitment agency offering a specialised and tailored service to both students and employers. It places students in both temporary and permanent positions working with organisations looking to hire from Queen Mary University of London. Its aim is to provide a personal and high quality employment solution for students and employers.

Our Temp Agency has access to thousands of current students and recent graduates ready for work in a wide range of industries and occupations: from admin and catering assistants to scientific research and web development.

Please note that you must agree to the terms and conditions of using QTemps to help you fill the vacancy. This means we must see all ID documentation before the successful candidate starts work: failure to allow us to do this may result in the University of London and Queen Mary being subject to a hefty fine, damaged reputation and loss of visa employment rights.

Invoices for JobOnline, Alert and the Temp Agency will be sent to you by The Careers Group, University of London.

The Careers Group, University of London and Queen Mary University of London Careers & Enterprise are happy to advertise all genuine job or work experience opportunities that are fully compliant with UK employment legislation, including the National Minimum Wage Act, and are in line with National Minimum Wage & National Living Wage

We require all employers advertising job or work experience opportunities of any kind on JobOnline or JobAlert to pay the National Minimum Wage unless covered by one of the exemptions allowed by the Act
