Caroline is the Careers Consultant for the SPIR and loves to support students to understand their career options, to identify what would suit them best and to achieve a great next step after QM. Caroline joined Unilever as a graduate trainee in marketing, before working in international advertising based in Asia for 7 years and then returned to the UK to work in the not-for-profit sector, first with Arts & Business and later with the Nelson Mandela Legacy Trust. Having studied for her PGDip in Career Management and Qualification in Career Guidance, Caroline joined QM in March 2016 and currently works primarily with students wanting to enter the areas of policy, politics, international development, communications, government/civil service and public relations.
