She is motivated by a desire to help students identify and fulfil career aspirations which align with their values and goals. After completing a BA in law, she joined the inaugural Teach First teacher training and leadership development programme and was a secondary school teacher for 8 years. She then went on to roles in public affairs and communications and education consultancy and is happy to provide careers guidance to students interested in law, education and public affairs. She has a Distinction certification in Personal Performance and Life Coaching from The Coaching Academy.Research
