One to One Advice
Careers Discussion
A 1 hour careers discussion gives you the opportunity to discuss your particular set of circumstances with a specialist careers adviser. You may need practical help with an application form or more general help to clarify the direction you want your career to take. All discussions are confidential and can be useful both to those who wish to remain within academia and those who want to move into other employment areas.
1 Hour appointments can be booked directly at a time that is convenient for you and the careers adviser. Contact Dr Tracy Bussoli on t.j.bussoli@qmul.ac.uk to arrange a convenient time.
Prior to booking the appointment, we ask you to fill in a careers discussion form so that the adviser can get a basic understanding of your query and situation. Click here to download an electronic version of the form. Send the completed for back to t.j.bussoli@qmul.ac.uk before the appointment.
Interview Coaching
If you have been invited to an interview by an employer or organisation, a 1 hour one to one mock interview with a careers adviser can help you prepare yourself. Contact t.j.bussoli@qmul.ac.uk to book an appointment. It is essential that the careers adviser has the job description, personal specification form and any other relevant information before your mock interview. This will help them to prepare relevant questions.
